Refund Policy for Pop Up Yoga Classes
Classes cannot be refunded or returned, exchanged or transferred between persons.
Refund Policy for E-BOOK
Once the E-book is purchased there are no refunds.
Refund Policy for Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates cannot be returned or surrendered for cash or transferred between persons.
Refund Policy for Workshops or Events
Upon registering for a course or workshop, payment is due within 48 hours to secure your place.
Once payment has been made cancellation with refund or exchange may occur up until 5 days prior to the course or workshop, with a 20 percent administration fee deducted.
Within 5 days no refund or exchange will be given. We will not refund or give credit for any missed sessions within a multiple session course or workshop.
Refund Policy for Pre-Registered Courses/Coaching Programs
Upon registering for a course or workshop payment is due within 48 hours to secure your place.
Once payment has been made cancellation with refund or exchange may occur up until 5 days prior to the course or workshop, with a 20 percent administration fee deducted.
Within 14 days of the start of the program a refund will be made available if you're unhappy with the program and content. In order to process a refund you will have to have attended the live calls and completed the work assigned and showed evidence of the completed work.
After 14 days no refund or exchange will be given.
We will not refund or give credit for any missed sessions within a multiple session course or workshop. We are not responsible for any missed classes. They will not be refunded or exchanged for other classes or products.
Deposit for Retreats
A deposit is required for International or Local Retreats which is determined at time of advertising of retreat. This deposit is not subject to HST and is non-refundable.
The deposit will be required to secure your spot.
